Saleena you are a reservoir of wisdom. I have already noticed a shift. Although I did have a little meltdown in the afternoon now I know what it was about and can do something about it. I think you are a true master of the heart and mind.

Throughout the time I worked with Saleena I found her to be extremely patient, strategic and professional, was never judgmental and always remained impartial in situations that I would have probably not been as diplomatic as she was.  She also made a point of learning some of the language spoken in the area.

I engaged Saleena to facilitate meetings consulting with communities that were to be directly impacted by significant infrastructure proposals. The meetings had the potential to be highly fractious, a matter recognised by the local police who independently chose to attend the events. Saleena facilitated successful and respectful meetings.
